"Monster Burger Madness" is our $7 special on Tuesday Night (see below)
Hey, whats with this "Butt" stuff? Back in 1983, I was in college and doing computer work for this guy who ran his biz out of his house. He had a cool new gas grill and we'd grab hamburger meat and make HUGE patties, with toasted buns. There was so much fat in that stuff that the flames once were hitting the top of the patio roof - we're talking bigtime fat fire. Anyway, he'd look at me and say "Hey Jaymer, lets have some buttload burgers today". When it came time to put a burger on the menu, I had to explain this story to Cyndi and a legend was born! Its a buttload of meat... really, 10oz is a good sized snack!

Monster Burger Madness
on Tuesday Nights
The Best Burger in Town with a side for only $7, every Tuesday from 5-close.
If you've never tried one of our incredible smoked 10oz. BRISKET burgers, you don't know what you've been missing. We don't even serve them with lettuce and tomato because you don't need it. You add mayo, mustard or ketchup. Its YUMMY!!! There's nothing like a cheeseburger fresh off the smoker, served on a fresh, soft roll.
Join us in the new dining room where there's plenty of room now for large groups!
Here's what Albert T. wrote in May:
You are the only one I have ever seen slow smoke a burger. Everybody else fries or grills them. Yours have a special taste and moistness to them. Also too many people don't realize that BBQ. implies slow cooking and grilling is usually fast. Calling it "Smoked" seems to declare you are doing yours differently.. Yep your fries did stay crisp compared to 5guys. Same flavor great job!
