Pork

We smoke our pork... the "proper" way... low and slow.  Seasoned with our own dry rub and cooked overnight with Hickory wood, we believe our pork is just about perfect.  Other places can cook it quicker - they slice it or chop it - but we haven't learned how to cut corners yet - we cook it with love like you would at home for a special party.
